From this Winery
Beautiful ruby-dark garnet color.
This wine possesses a very expressive nose.
On the palate it displays aromas of red berries (redcurrant, strawberry, cherry, raspberry).
With age, it develops delicious bouquets that play on notes of prune, leather, game and even cocoa. Contains a straightforward opening and a solid body that is fleshy, ample, silky and fragrant, with tannins that are pronounced but never too firm.
Decant and serve at temperature.
This wine pairs well with: red meat, game, lamb and cheeses
Serving temperature: to be served cool, at 16˚ C to 18˚ C
